Billing Policy

• Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets.
• Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed and payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
• Billing Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Tikachi is not liable for delays caused by incorrect details.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in INR (₹). International customers may see currency conversions based on their bank’s exchange rate.
• Invoices: A detailed invoice will be sent via email upon order confirmation for your records.

Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Delivery Time:
• Within Kerala: 2–3 business days
• Across India: 4–7 business days
• International Orders: 7–15 business days (depending on customs clearance)
• Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location. Free shipping may apply during special promotions.
• Order Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email.
• International Orders: Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
